We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan, a leading provider of long term care and senior living services. As a Registered Nurse in our Long Term Care/Senior Living Facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident • Administer medications, including IV medications, as prescribed by physicians • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to physicians and other healthcare team members • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment • Experience working in Long Term Care/Senior Living settings, preferably in a similar facility • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet patient needs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Work Schedule and Benefits:
