Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist - Travel Opportunity!
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at the University of Vermont Health Network Home Health and Hospice. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients while gaining valuable experience and professional growth.
About the Role:
- Assignment duration: 16-24 weeks
- Travel rate: $100/hour (radius: $95, local: $90)
- Weekend rotations and 10H shifts are not accommodated
- Manage a caseload of 22-28 clients per day, with a goal of 5-6 clients per day
- Work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with any additional licenses or certifications
- Prior travel experience required, with at least 2 previous travel assignments preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) in home health required

What to Expect:
- Average caseload of 18-22 clients for Case Managers, equivalent to 5 visits per day
- Mileage is usually limited to a specific area of the county, unless emergent need
- Circulate/Scrub as applicable
- Unit clerk/Secretary and other staff members available to support you
