We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities to achieve their full potential and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities • Provide therapy sessions, including occupational therapy, adaptive recreation, and vocational training • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of treatment plans and progress • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment • 1-2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a clinical setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adults, and older adults • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications
