Manager / Director - Long-Term Care/Senior Living Communities
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as a Manager / Director in Long-Term Care and Senior Living Communities. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring exceptional quality of care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of staff members, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel • Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards • Oversee the provision of high-quality care and services to residents, including medical, recreational, and social activities • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless transitions • Analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and improve resident outcomes • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners to promote a positive and supportive environment • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, business, healthcare administration) • Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care or senior living, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state-specific laws • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
