Job Title: LVN/LPN - Long-Term Care/Senior Living
Join Our Team at Principle Harnett Woods in Dunn, NC!
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Principle Harnett Woods, a long-term care facility in Dunn, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to facility policies and procedures • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized care plans for residents • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed • Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other specialized care as needed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health promotion, disease prevention, and management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as an LVN/LPN in Geriatric care or a related field • Current NC LPN license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Assignment Details:
• Location: Principle Harnett Woods, Dunn, NC • Length of Assignment: 4 weeks • Hours per Week: 36 hours • Shift and Time: 7pm - 7am, rotating weeks with 36/48 hour shifts • Weekend Rotation every other week • On-call requirements: none • Holiday Requirements: as scheduled • Floating requirements: possible unit float
