Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote client independence and participation • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as adaptive equipment training, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and sensory integration techniques • Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies from an accredited program • State license to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant • 1+ year of experience working with clients with diverse needs and abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic life support certification (BLS) and CPR training
