Location: Dousman, Wisconsin
Schedule:
- Variable shifts
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per shift
Job Type: Full-time, 13-week assignment
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care for laboring women and newborns
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor fetal heart rates and vital signs during labor and delivery
- Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum care
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
- Document patient information and communicate with healthcare team as needed
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- BSN degree or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in Labor & Delivery or related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
