Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Utilize Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system to document patient information and track progress • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
