About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist Therapist, you will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs • Provide speech therapy services to clients of all ages, including children and adults • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports • Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of speech language pathology

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
