About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs • Provide therapy sessions to clients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and psychologists • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech language pathology

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • State licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist • Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults • Strong assessment and treatment skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
