About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to individuals with various physical disabilities or injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote patient recovery and mobility • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field • New graduates are considered for this role • SNF experience preferred • Covid-19 testing and vaccination requirements will be discussed during the hiring process
