About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a Residential Behavioral Technician, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support and care to clients with behavioral challenges • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote positive behavior and well-being • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Monitor and report client behavior and progress to ensure safety and well-being • Provide education and training to clients on life skills, independence, and self-advocacy • Maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes client dignity and respect
Required Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work) • RBT certification or willingness to obtain • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
