We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals in improving their quality-of-life following injury, disease, or loss of a body part. Your primary responsibility will be to carry out Physical Therapist-developed programs, taking into consideration patients' unique needs, including gender, age, cultural differences, and educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Physical Therapist-developed programs to guide individuals in improving their quality-of-life • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide empathetic and understanding care to patients • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed a professional course of education accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association • Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Montana • Amiable personality with the ability to make sound judgments and maintain a professional attitude • Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
