LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Job Type: Part-time, Days
Schedule: 36 hours per week, with a weekend rotation every other week
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to facility policies and procedures • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as an LPN/GERI • Current NC LPN license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
