LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Long-Term Care/Snife Care (LTC/SNF)
Location: Jacksonville, NC
Schedule: Nights (7pm-7am), 36 hours per week
Shift Details:
- Every other weekend rotation
- On-call requirements: None
- Holiday requirements: As scheduled
- Floating requirements: Possible unit float
Job Type: Temporary, 6 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care/Snife Care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as an LPN/GERI
- Current NC LPN license
- BLS certification
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights and weekends
