About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of patients
• Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptations to promote independence and participation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient needs are met
• Educate patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques, strategies, and resources
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements:

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• New graduate candidates are considered
• Previous SNF experience is preferred
• Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination with negative results 72 hours prior to start date and positive results 48 hours prior to start date
• Must pass a thorough background check, including:
  • State license verification
  • Resume and references
  • County and federal criminal checks (7 years or more)
  • Multi-state and nationwide criminal searches
  • Sex offender search
  • HHS/OIG search
  • GSA search
  • Social Security Number Trace
  • 2-step PPD or Quantiferon test
  • Proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
  • Washington State background check with fingerprints
