About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' communication and swallowing abilities to identify areas of need • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs • Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in various settings, including clinics and hospitals • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Document patient progress and communicate with patients and families • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments in speech language pathology

Requirements:

• State license as a Speech Language Pathologist • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • 2+ years of experience in speech language pathology • Strong assessment and treatment skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
