Job Summary:

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing occupational therapy programs to help clients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their needs and goals • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including activities such as exercises, games, and adaptations • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans • Stay current with best practices and industry developments in occupational therapy

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of NC • Valid certification in occupational therapy (OTR) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
