We are seeking a skilled Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring to track patient progress • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• State License Verification • Resume • References (3) • County Criminal Search (7 years or more) • Federal Criminal Search (7 years or more) • Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) • Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) • HHS/OIG Search • GSA Search • Social Security Number Trace • 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray • Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
