Physical Therapy Assistant Job Opportunity Location: Parkville, MD Schedule: Full-time Job Type: PTA We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care to patients. Responsibilities: • Assist Physical Therapists with patient assessments, treatment plans, and interventions • Conduct range of motion assessments, joint mobility evaluations, and other diagnostic tests • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals • Assist with exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Requirements: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies • Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic life support certification (BLS) and CPR certification required If you are a motivated and compassionate PTA looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
