Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Larkspur, CA Shift: Days Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal physical function and mobility. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives • Provide manual therapy techniques, modalities, and exercises to promote patient recovery and mobility • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and lifestyle modifications to prevent future injuries • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation results Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and patients If you are a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please apply.
