**Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery**
**Location:** Evanston, IL
**Schedule:**
* 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
* Weekend rotation: every other weekend
* On-call requirements: none
* Holidays: as needed
* Floating requirements: experience required
**Job Type:** Full-time, temporary assignment
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care to women in labor and delivery
* Conduct routine prenatal exams, deliver babies, and provide postpartum care
* Monitor fetal heart rates and provide electronic fetal monitoring as needed
* Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery
* Experience with EPIC CHARTING system
* At least 1 travel contract under your belt
* Level 3 or 4 experience preferred, or Circulate, Catching babies experience
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois
* Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM (Certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring) preferred
