Surgical Tech - PRN Pool Location: Sheridan, CA Job Type: PRN (As Needed) We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team as a PRN Pool member. As a PRN Pool member, you will be on-call to provide coverage for surgical cases at our facilities. Responsibilities: • Prepare operating rooms, surgical sites, and medical equipment for procedures • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures • Maintain asepsis and sterility in the operating room environment • Manage and inventory surgical supplies and equipment • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient operations • Maintain accurate records and reports of surgical cases Requirements: • Current CACI clearance required • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified PeriAnesthesia Registered Technologist (CPRT) certification preferred • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Note: As a PRN Pool member, you will be required to be available for on-call coverage and may be scheduled at short notice.
