Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Location: Round Rock, TX Schedule: Nights Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care using a professional practice model. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs • Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes • Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to provide high-quality care • Educate patients, families, and community members on healthcare choices and needs • Assess and document learning needs regularly • Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly • Use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff • Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery **Requirements:** • Grad of an Accredited Program in Nursing • RN license • BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting the role • Proficiency in medical terms, hospital procedures, and electronic medical documentation • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment At our organization, we promote the well-being of all individuals, families, and communities.
