LVN / LPN LTC/SNF
Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Long Term Care/Senior Living
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a Long Term Care/Senior Living facility.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on proper care techniques and procedures
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
**Requirements:**
• Current licensure as an LVN/LPN in the state of employment
• Experience working in Long Term Care/Senior Living or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic life support certification (BLS)
**Work Schedule:**
• Nights available
