Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF Location: Albuquerque, NM Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Days Specialty: Long-Term Care/Snake River Health and Rehabilitation Center Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a long-term care setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of NM • Experience working in a long-term care or SNF setting • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
