**Location:** Richmond, VA
**Schedule:** Rotating
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Required Qualifications:**
• Level 1 trauma experience
• 2 years of ER experience
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Proficient in EPIC system
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
• Assess and manage patients with a variety of injuries and illnesses
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Demonstrate strong communication and critical thinking skills
