Physical Therapist Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Fayetteville, NC Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • Days (36 hours guaranteed, with potential to work up to 40 hours) Specialty: Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient ortho/sports medicine setting • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans • Develop, implement, and modify treatment programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Meet productivity expectations, including 60 visits per week and 12-14 patients per day Requirements: • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist • Outpatient experience preferred • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet productivity expectations
