Therapist Speech Language Pathologist

Issaquah, WA **Speech Language Pathologist Therapist** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist Therapist, you will work with clients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals • Provide therapy sessions to clients, including speech therapy, language therapy, and swallowing therapy • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech language pathology **Requirements:** • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution • State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) • 1+ years of experience working with clients of diverse ages and needs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Schedule:** This is a full-time position with limited hours.
