**Registered Nurse - Emergency Room** **Location:** Canton, OH **Schedule:** Days We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians * Monitor and report patient conditions to physicians and other healthcare professionals * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction **Requirements:** * Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Room experience * 18 months permanent ED experience prior to travel (must have perm OHIO license or Compact State in hand) * Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications * Epic experience required * One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Emergency Room specialty is required to qualify for submission * Pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (acceptable score required) * Ability to work at least every other holiday **We Offer:** * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application today.
