Nashua, NH **Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Cardiac Stepdown setting. As an essential member of the patient care team, you will be responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas. **Key Responsibilities:** • Assess patients upon admission, utilizing appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests • Participate in the planning and implementation of a written care plan under the direction of a Physician • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Utilize strong mathematical and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions • Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required • Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required • 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred • Strong experience in MS/Tele nursing a plus **What We Offer:** We are an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
