As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing departmental leadership in the planning, scheduling, implementing, and evaluating the 24 hour operation of the clinical areas. You will ensure the provision of high quality patient care services and business processes in accordance with Medical Center and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide departmental leadership in planning, scheduling, implementing, and evaluating the 24 hour operation of the clinical areas * Ensure provision of high quality patient care services and business processes in accordance with Medical Center and regulatory requirements * Develop, implement, and administer patient care services to achieve the Department vision and fiscal year business plans * Proactively manage financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards * Ensure provision of nursing support as required in the perioperative clinical areas to support quality driven, cost effective resource utilization * Develop, coordinate, and implement policies and processes to provide consistent operations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree at an approved School of Nursing * Registered Nurse licensure in current state * 3-5 years of related work experience, including 2 years of leadership experience
