**Job Summary:**
Join our team as a Registered Nurse - Transplant at Baylor University Medical Center and be part of something better! Our Thoracic Surgery & Pulmonary Transplant team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and is committed to innovation, learning, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to transplant patients
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on latest research and best practices
* Contribute to a culture of safety and quality through inter-professional collaboration and adherence to evidence-based practice
* Support the mission of Baylor Scott & White Health to deliver safe and high-quality care to our patients
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
