Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery **Location:** Seattle, WA **Schedule:** Days **Job Type:** Full-time **Unit Details:** * High Risk/High Volume L&D unit * Average Daily Census: 15/day * 500-600 deliveries/month * 31 beds **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide high-quality patient care to laboring patients and newborns * Conduct clinical reviews and assessments as needed * Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians * Participate in the delivery of babies and provide postpartum care * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care * Document patient information accurately and thoroughly **Required Qualifications:** * Current RN license * 4+ years of experience in labor and delivery * Current NURSYS certification * ACLS and AWHONN certification preferred * BLS and NRP certification required **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and EPIC system * Experience with high-risk pregnancies and deliveries * Experience with newborn care and assessment **Special Requirements:** * Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment * Must be able to provide newborn care, including eyes, thighs, and assessment * Must be able to administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians * Must be able to participate in the delivery of babies and provide postpartum care **What We Offer:** * Competitive compensation package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
