Here is the formatted job description: **Travel MRI Tech** **Location:** Hudson, FL **Schedule:** Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Sat - Mon **Job Type:** Travel **Unit Information:** * Unit Type: MRI * Number of Beds: 1 * Number of Staff: 3 * Staff Type: Day Shift - Mon-Fri 0700-1530, Night Shift - 1500-0130, Weekend - Sat-Sun 0800-2030 * Patient Ratios: 1:1 * Type of Equipment: GE Explorer Lift Signa 1.5T EMR - Meditech **Required Qualifications:** * Ability to work independently in the department with Radiologist availability for questions * Ability to give excellent patient care keeping the MRI environment safe for everyone * Ability to adapt protocols for patients or physician needs * Ability to learn from onsite and virtual applications for new procedures **Preferred Qualifications:** * Friendly personality with excellent communication skills on the phone and in person * Team player who strives to keep a relaxed and fun work environment working with a great team **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** * Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines * All protocols are built in the scanner for easy access and guidance **Additional Information:** * We are planning a software upgrade that will increase our software from GE 23X to the newest GE 30X with AirDL, providing faster scans and new neuro and abdominal sequences. * Future growth will involve a 2nd scanner and growth of the department. **Working Conditions:** * Anywhere except the ER parking **Worksite:** * 14000 Fivay Rd, Hudson, FL 34667
