Registered Nurse Dialysis

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dialysis Location: Burlington, NC Schedule: Days Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Dialysis department at Cone Health. As a Registered Nurse - Dialysis, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with end-stage renal disease, acute kidney injury, metabolic imbalances, dialysis access problems, or drug overdoses requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatments. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care • Administer hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis treatments • Conduct cardiac monitoring and provide surveillance during treatments • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, treatment options, and self-care techniques • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements: • Current RN licensure in the state of NC • Experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting • Strong knowledge of dialysis modalities, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and compassionate team • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
