Physical Therapist Job Opportunity Location: Centreville, VA We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient ortho/sports medicine setting. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans • Conduct outpatient ortho/sports medicine evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve patient outcomes • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation **Requirements:** • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of VA • Outpatient experience preferred • Will accept new graduates and first-time travelers • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week • Ability to float to other clinics as needed • Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with the ability to see 12-14 patients per day **Additional Details:** • Competitive compensation package • 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and development
