Here is the formatted job description: **Registered Nurse - ICU** **Location:** Grapevine, TX **Shift:** Full-time nights; 7pm-7am **Job Type:** Full-time **Responsibilities:** • Oversee patient care using a professional practice model • Patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses • Secure patient travel and know about patient needs in healthcare • Help patients and prevent issues • Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies **Qualifications:** • Grad of an Accredited Program • Specialized field of study in nursing • RN license • Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role • 1+ years of recent ICU experience **About the Role:** Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU and be part of a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients.
