Schedule: Full-time, Days (Monday - Friday), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications:
• Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting
• Advanced skills needed: n/a
• Certifications:
• CPR certification
• NC Physical Therapy license
Key Responsibilities:
• Physical therapy evaluations
• Establishing plans of care
• Assisting with rounds and care conferences as indicated
• Frequent communication with rehab team on patient’s progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs
