Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: 509 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC
Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Job Type: Travel, Full-time
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years’ experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume > 100,000 visit ED
• 2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting
• Teamwork mentality
• Ability to coach and give feedback in real-time
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) before starting date on hire
• BLS (Basic Life Support) before starting date on hire
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) before starting date on hire
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) before starting date on hire
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) before starting date on hire
• NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) within 90 days of hire
