• Schedule Details: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Job Type: Temporary/Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and exercises
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of recent experience in a Rehab/GERI setting
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of AZ
