Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location: Edmonds, WA Shift: Nights Specialty: Labor and Delivery We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care to women and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods • Conduct labor and delivery assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams • Administer medications, including pain management and labor induction agents • Perform routine laboratory tests, including blood draws and fetal monitoring • Provide education and support to patients and their families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care • Participate in code blue and emergency situations as needed Requirements: • 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, LDRP, L&D, PP, and Newborn care • Float required as needed • Current compact license • Certification in AWHONN Intermediate, BCLS, and NRP • Basic life support skills, including IV start and medication administration • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high staff-to-patient ratio (1:1-3) If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, please apply today!
