Registered Nurse - NICU Location: Indianapolis, IN Shift: Nights Job Type: Travel Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians • Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and reports • Participate in code blue and code pink situations as necessary • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to HIPAA and OSHA standards Requirements: • Current RN licensure in the state of employment • NICU experience preferred, but not required • BCLS and NRP certification required • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Strong communication and teamwork skills Note: Due to the high demand for NICU nurses, we are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our team.
