Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown Location: Bloomington, IN Schedule: 3x12s or 4x12s shifts Job Type: Inpatient, Acuity Adaptable Unit Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic, acuity adaptable unit • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet diverse patient needs • Monitor and manage patient acuity levels to optimize team efficiency and patient outcomes • Participate in unit-based initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff development Requirements: • Current IN-state licensure as a Registered Nurse • Current certifications in IMC/PCU/Stepdown care (if applicable) • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs • Ability to accommodate block schedules (to be discussed) Note: IU Health is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from qualified candidates.
