**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rehab RN Regional West. As a Registered Nurse in our Rehabilitation department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management techniques
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
**Expectations:**
