Registered Nurse PICU

**Registered Nurse - PICU** **Location:** Naperville, IL **Job Type:** Temporary/Contract **Shift:** Nights **Schedule:** • 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week • 7pm-7:30am shift • Weekend rotation: every other week or as needed by the unit **On-Call Requirements:** None **Holidays:** Required to work Labor Day and Halloween Night **Floating Requirements:** • Experience in PICU required (2+ years) • Will float to Pediatric units as needed **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) environment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Monitor and respond to patient needs, including vital signs and medical treatments • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams **Requirements:** • Current RN licensure in Illinois • BLS and PALS certifications • 2+ years of experience in PICU • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays **What We Offer:** • Competitive bill rate ($100 before AV fee) • Opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare team • Comprehensive onboarding and training program **How to Apply:** Please submit your current resume, a reference from a PICU supervisor within the past year, and a skills checklist to join our team.
