**Physical Therapist - Days** **Location:** Fairbanks, AK **Job Type:** Full-time, Days **About the Role:** We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Complete documentation directly with ATI outside of AMNs clearance packet before being cleared by ATI to start the assignment * Start with compact services but must obtain permanent certification right away * Ensure compliance with all supplier submissions and questions can be directed to DAWN ALLIGOOD * Check eligibility for rehire based on previous ATI work history and notify Katrina accordingly * Provide physical therapy services to patients, including setting up treatment plans and administering modalities * Maintain accurate records and reports **Requirements:** * Active license * Experience in setting up treatment plans * Credentialing requirements **Equipment and Support:** * Provided equipment during the interview process * Parking will be provided during the first day * Dress code information will be provided during the first day **Schedule and Compensation:** * Shift: Days * Bill Rate: $100 per week * Pay GWW: Yes * OT Bill: 1.5 * On Call: Not required * Billing Cycle: Weekly * Start Date: September 22 **Note:** * 32 hours guaranteed for holiday weeks * Notice period: 30 days
