Occupational Therapist Location: Federal Way, WA Shift: Days We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and employment. Key Responsibilities: • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' functional abilities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals • Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to promote independence and participation Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of WA • Valid certification in occupational therapy (OTR/L) We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
