**Therapist - Occupational Therapist** **Location:** Casper, WY **Shift:** Days We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients * Provide occupational therapy services to clients in various settings, including our facility * Develop, implement, and evaluate programs to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care * Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans **Requirements:** * New Graduates are welcome to apply * SNF experience preferred * Covid-19 testing and vaccination requirements will be discussed during the hiring process * Must have a valid State License to practice Occupational Therapy * Current resume and license verification must be attached to the application **Additional Requirements:** * Three professional references * County criminal background check (within the past 7 years) * Federal criminal background check (within the past 7 years or more) * Multi-state criminal background check (within the past 7 years or more) * Nationwide sex offender search (within the past 7 years or more) * HHS/OIG search * GSA search * Social Security Number Trace * 1-step PPD or Quantiferon test and proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray * DOJC search (every 4 years with BID form) If you are a motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to join a dynamic team, please submit your application with all required documents.
