**Physical Therapist Job Opportunity** **Location:** West Bridgewater, MA **Schedule:** Days, with flexibility to work 4 ten-hour shifts per week, including evenings until 7:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday. **Job Type:** Full-time, 13-week to 26-week contract **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Bay State Physical Therapy. Our clinic specializes in a wide range of services, including balance and gait disorders, concussion therapy, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), kinesio-taping method, McKenzie technique, muscle and joint pain/strains, myofascial release, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedics and sports medicine, pediatric physical therapy, post surgical rehabilitation, stroke/CVA, TMJ, vestibular rehabilitation, whiplash and motor vehicle related injuries, and work-related injuries. **Responsibilities:** * Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records **Requirements:** * At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings * Completion of HealthStream Modules as part of pre-placement requirements * Ability to commit to a 13-week to 26-week contract * Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings until 7:00 PM **What We Offer:** * A competitive guarantee of 40 hours per week * Productivity incentives * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A supportive and collaborative work environment **Additional Information:** * Our clinic is conveniently located across the street from Lowe's, with ample parking available. * We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and are dedicated to our clients' success.
